We all want to finish our works as fast as we can with perfection. We see people around us who get things done in a blink. Isn’t it shocking? How these people finish the same task before anyone else?

Well, What if I say even you can become highly productive as them?

Yes, we are here to discuss how you can become highly productive by following the ways or steps mentioned below….

Here are some steps to become more productive in a week

Make a plan: We have to set a perfect routine for the day. Think of the day ahead and point out the important works and less important works, make a to-do list and not-to-do list. This way you can find out which task will need more time or less and which one needs to be done first.

Avoid Distraction: You must know which things or devices will distract you while you work. So you have to be more focused and avoid the distractions that will occur. Because it kills most of your time. Try to keep the object away that might distract you while doing your task.

Stop multitasking: If you do several works at a time you will not be able to finish them perfectly. So you should focus on one work rather than doing multitasking. It will also help you to complete work in time with perfection.

Deep work: There are some works that we all find somehow boring or not interesting. They are called deep works. What if I say you can do deep works easily? yes, you just have to make a schedule for deep works. For example, you can do this work every morning at a fixed time which will make it a habit for you and you will not face difficulties doing them later.

80/20: It is one of the most effective ways. According to Pareto Principle, 20% of your effort will provide 80% of your result. This means you have to find out the importance of 20 % of your task and complete it first, then you can cut out the 80% very easily.

It seems quite easy, right?
So, what you have to do is follow the mentioned steps and you will find out more about it yourself.
( it’s my first time so please overlook the mistakes )
